Terms

What you are agreeing to.

Short, because the product is currently in preview and there is not much to hide behind. A signed agreement supersedes everything here; for enterprise deployments, that is the document that governs.

Preview software. The hosted service is free while in preview, offered as it is, with no uptime commitment. Do not make it the only place a result you need exists.

The hosted service

Who owns what

The downloadable container

The evaluation build is licensed for evaluation, non-commercially, for 30 days from first run. That means: benchmark it, run it against your real data, show your team, put the result in a decision. It does not mean shipping predictions from it to your customers. When the evaluation ends, the licensing conversation is per deployment, not per seat.

Do not redistribute the container, and do not attempt to extract the search implementation from it. Benchmarking it against anything you like — including publishing the numbers, wins and losses — is explicitly fine. We publish our losses too.

Liability, briefly

A model is a statistical artefact, not advice. You are responsible for validating anything you put into production, for the decisions it drives, and for whether using it is lawful in your jurisdiction and sector. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for the free preview is limited to what you paid for it. Paid deployments carry the liability written into that agreement.

Changes and ending it

You can delete your account and its data at any time from the app. We can discontinue the preview, in which case we will give notice with enough time to download what is yours. If these terms change materially, the change applies going forward, not retroactively.
